The goal of the TT warmup is to prepare you for the high intensity effort ahead. However, there is a fine line between warming up, and wasting energy that could be used in the TT. This carefully planned warmup will guide you through an appropriate warmup, consisting of varying intensity, that will have you ready to perform at your best. Aim to complete the warmup 10min before your start time.
