Free Ride
After completing a structured warm-up, the session is conducted as a 'Free Ride'. However, throughout the session, you will be prompted to complete 6 x 12sec max sprints starting from HIGH speed.

Begin sprint in a gear that allows you to reach ~100rpm after 12sec. No gear changes during the sprint.

Aim to choose a course with a minimal elevation gain for this session.
