This session will help improve your endurance capacity and peak power efforts. Although there is no obvious impact on improving your FTP. By working on your sprint powers, you will become a more rounded cyclist and able to produce good power across a range of durations. Including 10-second maximal efforts throughout the ride, a mix of torque, power and cadence efforts. Carry out 4 x 9m 30s minute blocks with the 10 seconds coming after every 3 minutes. NOTE. This session is best completed with erg. mode turned OFF.
