Today we are sprinting for the King of the Mountain points! By riding with a lower cadence during the tempo effort, we can replicate climbing demands.

Position yourself on the bike as you would on a long climb. The Tempo interval finishes with 2 x 15-second near-maximal sprints over the top of the climb.
