Chiara is a pure sprinter. She is the new arrow for the sprints at UAE Team ADQ. A multiple European and world champion on the track, she has already achieved several career victories on the road, including a stage at the Giro d'Italia.

To target peak 5-sec power, Chiara will perform multiple maximal sprints in a single workout. In today's workout, we ride at a lower-end Tempo effort for 30 minutes. However, within these 30 minutes, you will perform a 10-second sprint every 5 minutes.
