Bhutan is a small Himalayan kingdom nestled between the Tibetan Plateau and India - known for its dramatic mountain terrain, deep valleys, rich biodiversity and strong cultural-religious heritage. The country’s geography is striking: the landscape ranges from subtropical plains in the south to towering Himalayan peaks in the north. Bhutan’s natural environment, forest cover, traditional monasteries, and remote mountain roads give the country a mystical, tranquil and timeless aura - making it a symbol of unspoiled nature and spiritual calm.

With the update released on 1 December 2025, MyWhoosh introduced a brand-new virtual world inspired by Bhutan. In this new "Bhutan world," riders can explore lush valleys, steep Himalayan-style climbs, winding mountain roads, tranquil monasteries, and scenic terrain that captures the real-world magic of Bhutan’s landscapes. The world brings a unique mix of challenging elevation and peaceful scenery, making it one of the most immersive environments on the platform.

The new world initially comes with a 31-day Season pass: during that period, users who activate the pass get early access to the Bhutan world, unlock in-game gravel gear, receive a special virtual bike, and take on a variety of new challenges with reward-based achievements. After the season ends at the end of December, the Bhutan world becomes free for everyone to ride, opening this Himalayan-inspired environment to all MyWhoosh users.
