Profile customization

Published on 15 Mar 2026, 13:23:59 by Jakub Vojacek

Your profile is more than just a name and a country flag. Upload a photo, write a bio, link your socials - make it yours so other riders actually know who you are when they see you in results.

Every rider on MyWhooshInfo has a profile page. By default, it shows your race history, stats, and power data - but you can take it further and turn it into something that actually represents you. Head over to your profile settings, and you'll find a handful of options that let you personalize how you appear across the site.

If you are already logged into MyWhooshInfo, just head over to https://mywhooshinfo.com/profile/edit-profile and enter all the available information.

Profile Image

You can upload a custom image that will show up on your profile page and next to your name in race results. A square photo works best - it gets resized automatically, so don't worry about exact dimensions. This could be a photo of you on the bike, your avatar, your cat, whatever you want. It beats the default blank space and makes it way easier for people to recognize you in a results list.

Many riders received the MyWhoosh Championship 2025 kit recently. Show us your new kits and medals via your new profile photo.

Bio

There's a free-text bio field where you can write a short description about yourself - who you are, where you ride, what kind of cycling you're into, your FTP goals, your team, or anything else you feel like sharing. You've got 256 characters to work with, so keep it punchy. Think of it as your elevator pitch to other riders who stumble across your profile after a race.

Social Links

You can link a bunch of your social and cycling profiles so people can find you outside of MyWhoosh. The full list:

  • Strava - link your athlete profile so others can follow your rides
  • Instagram - share your cycling photos and stories
  • Facebook - connect with the wider cycling community
  • X (Twitter) - for those who like to post their race recaps
  • YouTube - if you stream or post race videos, this is where people will find your channel
  • Twitch - for live streamers
  • Discord - drop your Discord name so people can reach you directly
  • ProCyclingStats - if you race IRL and have a PCS page, link it here

Each linked profile shows up as a clickable button on your profile page and in your bio section, so visitors can jump straight to your other platforms with one click.

Primary Club

If you're a member of one or more clubs, you can pick which one shows as your primary club. This is the club that gets displayed next to your name in results and on your profile. You can change it anytime.

Display Preferences

A couple of settings let you adjust how data is shown to you across the site:

  • Unit system - switch between metric (km, kg) and imperial (mi, lbs)
  • Wind color scheme - choose between a traditional or windsock-style color scheme for wind visualization on routes

Email Notifications

While you're in there, you can also fine-tune what emails you receive. You can toggle notifications for:

  • CEL (Cycling Esports League) updates - race schedules, profile info
  • Verified event results and community race warnings
  • Personal power bests - get an email when you hit a new 5s, 1min, 5min, or 20min record in an event
  • Round completions - a heads-up when you finish all stages of a league round

Honestly, profiles with a photo and a filled-in bio just look better - take a minute to set yours up, and you'll stand out every time your name shows up in a results list.
