This session is designed to build your sustainable threshold power. Working at your threshold is a key determinant of success. In Gravel racing, there are often key moments that decide the outcome. Being able to produce high power for a duration of 5 to 20 minutes is crucial in race-winning moves. Today we focus on this domain. This week we aim to complete four intervals. If you struggled last week, or are short on time, repeat that session instead. So only completing three intervals instead of 4.
