This session is designed to build your sustainable threshold power. Working at your threshold is a key determinant of success. In Gravel racing, there are often key moments that decide the outcome. Being able to produce high power for a duration of 5 to 20 minutes is crucial in race-winning moves. Today we focus on this domain. 3x8 minute intervals at your FTP. You should have dialled in your FTP after the test from a few weeks ago. If not, I recommend completing another FTP test before completing this session.
