Ranks explained

There are total of 6 ranks, each rider is categorized into the rank based on their best 20-minute W/kg effort from last 3 months. This number is then multiplied by 0.95 and used to calculate the rank. The ranks are:

  • 1/Pro Elite - Your category is Pro Elite. This means your FTP (Functional Threshold Power) is above or equal to 4.5 w/kg or higher.
  • 2/Pro - Your category is Pro. This means your FTP is between 4.0 – 4.49 w/kg.
  • 3/Neo pro - Your category is Neo Pro. This means your FTP is between 3.6 – 3.99 w/kg.
  • 4/Expert - Your category is Expert. This means your FTP is between 3.1 – 3.59 w/kg.
  • 5/Sport - Your category is Sport. This means your FTP is between 2.50 – 3.09 w/kg.
  • 6/Club - You are currently in the Club category, which means your FTP is below 2.5w/kg or you haven’t been categorized yet.

You can upgrade into a better rank anytime by riding above the next rank threshold. The only way down is to wait 3 months before your previous effort has expired.
